wow time really has flown alright. well a quick recap, i now have two female german shepherds livin at my place, 2.5 months each, lovingly named lola and nikki! =) they're beautiful really
the last day of teachin is over at last.. woo hoo... but i guess i'll miss em with their blatant flattery, false as it may be, and fights and strange 59er sense of logic...and it'll be invigilation from now on and je serai au chomage in no time. been tryin to catch up on french to take DELF 2 but it seems like a futile attempt so mayb i shld juz save the seventy bucks... met up w loads of people lately and realised that talking and catchin up can be more fun than imagined
but i guess the thing that's been ringin in my mind is this simple statement ive been hearing and seeing everywhere
"you were born for a time like this"
i know there must be a reason im here on earth at this present age but the reason why still eludes me. maybe it is time we all take a step back and think about why we've been put on this earth, not just the reason we exist collectively as human beings but the reason specific to the individual. i guess we're all here not just to learn something but to teach something as well.
