the nightmare my last 3 days was has finally ended =) no more wakin up at 1 am to do essays an hour overdue.. plus ive already learnt that approach was counterproductive
my essay was due at midnight but i figured it'd be better if i caught some sleep first so that i would be able to think better. so i get up at 1am and work straight till 7am to finish all my reading and get my essay done. i proudly email it in, thinkin that dear prof would prob not wake up till 8am. i walked into the supervision with my head up high, proud of my resilience at being awake at 2pm this afternoon (despite a lack of sleep) but lo and behold it appears the technophobe in me didnt attach my essay to the email! lol the irony of life, thankfully he found it funnier than i did =p

anyway updates! halloween came and left. i was a vamp ;) pics posted! other than that we had a pancake party which was a ton of fun

i had dumplings on thursday with noodles... i miss ban mian!
but then again when u can sit in the comfort of a nice warm room, snugglin up to watch fireworks =) who's complaining?
and best of all, last fri was corpus fireworks! whee =) imagine fireworks being lit for a small pte party of say 50? complete with dinner and all for only 3 quid, what more can a girl ask for

saturday was oxbridge games =p we beat em flat.. muahah
and the whole bunch of em stayed over! was a ton of fun catchin up on everyone's lives and seeing the twists and turns at how everything's turned out
guy fawkes on sat night was incredible. that's really all i can say.
if u thought ndp was good. think again. if u thought fireworks fest was good. think again.
=) better fireworks, better company ;) even a funfair with cheesy "bedok" rides to complete it
